We will start the day with medicinal herbal tea, helathy vegetable juices & 2 hours of yoga and meditation, to balance your body and mind. This will be the perfect start to our magical days with spa treatments, a luxury yacht trip, private portuguese cooking lessons and trips to see the authentic portugal and visit the plantage that produces Portugals best olive oil.
